Connect via HDMI cable to any of the 3 HDMI ports on the IWB. For wireless, use the built-in Miracast or connect to the same Wi-Fi network and use the screen-share function in the Sofia Whiteboard app. Full step-by-step instructions are in the User Manual.
Check that your USB is formatted as FAT32 and that video files are in AVI or MP4 format. The file names should not contain special characters. For Plug & Play models, the USB must be inserted before powering on. See the manual for supported formats. If the issue persists, contact our support team via WhatsApp.
Yes. The Argos S Series can replace N Series panels directly with the same mounting pattern in most cases. Contact our team with your current model number and we'll advise on compatibility and upgrade pricing.
Cloud models update automatically when connected to Wi-Fi if auto-update is enabled (on by default). For manual OTA updates, go to Settings → System Update in the CMS interface. For USB-based updates, download the latest firmware from our support portal and follow the instructions in the update guide.
